5th Plennary Meeting

Cikarang, May 9th, 2025 - On Monday, March 10th, 2025, the President University Student Council (PUSC) held its 5th Plenary Meeting online via Google Meet. This annual meeting serves as a platform for reporting, discussing, and evaluating the plans, performance, progress, and challenges faced by all PUSC Commissions and the Internal Bureau throughout the term.

The meeting started with an opening speech from Alif Elang Abhipraya, the Chairperson of PUSC 2025, followed by a reading of the meeting’s rules and regulations. The session continued with the singing of Indonesia Raya and the President University Mars. Following this, each Commission and the Internal Bureau presented their work reports, along with their objectives and targets for the upcoming period.

Commission I, as the researcher, reported having conducted a meeting with their research advisor to discuss the details of the qualitative research steps. To support alignment, Commission I also discussed the obstacles and brainstorming ideas related to INNOVERSE 2025. The Commission also conducted interview sessions with students from all faculties at President University. Additionally, interviews were conducted with lecturers from the Faculty of Business, starting with those in the fields of social science and education.The Commission is currently in the process of compiling and finalizing the Research Report #1.

Commission II presented its progress and challenges in delivering the aspiration report to the relevant university management. The Commission discussed the ongoing process of preparing the first Aspiration Feedback Report. To ensure that student aspirations are heard, Commission II held several meetings with representatives from relevant management units, including President University Student Housing (PUSH) SBH, NBH, the Software Development Bureau, and others.

Commission III reported its progress on matters related to regulations and decrees, in coordination with the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson I. The commission held meetings with the PUSC supervisor, the Head of General Affairs, and the Student Affairs Officer. To ensure effective regulatory development, Commission III also held internal meetings to draft new regulations. Furthermore, as the legislative body, Commission III carried out amendments to several existing legal products of PUSC.

Commission IV, serving as the supervisory body, presented progress reports from each of its members. This included the supervision of PUST 2024, PUST 2025, and Company Visit 2025. The presentation continued with an update from Jovita Priscilla, Supervisor from Commission IV, regarding the supervision of Grant of Hopes 2025, covering activities from the committee interview, 1st Big Meeting, 2nd Board of Director and PIC meeting, committee photoshoot, and the second Supervisor Forum. Angelina Nesya Tanly presented her completed report on the supervision of the Board Clubs and Communities Avowal. Jessy Anastasya reported on her supervision of Communication Forum I and Mr. and Ms. President University 2025.

From the Internal Bureau, the Public Relations team shared updates on live coverage of PUSC events, broadcast distribution, and corresponding press releases. The Graphic Design team presented their latest visual content for PUSC’s Instagram. The Web Development division reported on the publication of press releases and routine website maintenance, as well as the completed migration of the website framework. The Internal Affairs division updated on the publication of the PUSC 2025 magazine and ongoing repairs to the PUSC Office. Lastly, Inaya Chairina, Head of the Internal Bureau, reported the completion of varsity jacket distribution and the successful execution of bonding sessions.
