PUSC 2025 6th Plenary Meeting: Evaluate Progress and Strengthen Organizational Vision

Cikarang, May 11th, 2025 - On Monday, April 14th, 2025, the President University Student Council (PUSC) held its 6th Plenary Meeting at Theater I of the President University Convention Center (PUCC). This monthly forum serves as a strategic platform for reporting, discussion, and evaluation of the plans, progress, and challenges faced by all PUSC Commissions and the Internal Bureau throughout their term.
The meeting began with an opening speech by Alif Elang Abhipraya, Chairperson of PUSC 2025, followed by the reading of the meeting rules and regulations. The agenda continued with the singing of Indonesia Raya and the President University Mars. Additionally, each Commission and the Internal Bureau delivered presentations on their work reports, objectives, and upcoming targets.
Commission I tasked with research and analysis, shared updates on its research interviews, reports, and ongoing preparations for INNOVERSE (Innovative Research Week) 2025. The team of INNOVERSE 2025 held its 6th and 7th big meetings and proudly announced Mrs. Leila S. Chudori, author of Laut Bercerita as the INNOVERSE’s speakers.
Commission II reported regular weekly meetings with their supervisor to address feedback from PUFA and PUMA forums. Following the successful execution of Pay Attention #1, the Commission continued Pay Attention #2, distributing class broadcasts and collaborating with the Internal Bureau on social media content to amplify student aspirations.
Commission III, serving as the legislative body, discussed its role in drafting Regulation No. 4 regarding President University General Election (PUGE) 2026 and revisions concerning PUFA and PUMA regulation. The Commission III has also engaged in meetings with Student Affairs and is currently finalizing the PUSC Constitution and Bylaws, reinforcing its role as a student organization with legal authority.
Commission IV, responsible for supervision, delivered progress reports on various events. Jovita Priscilla oversaw Grant of Hopes 2025 on its third major meeting and sub-events, while Ineza Sativa Batara shared updates on her regular supervision for President University Youth Leadership Camp (PYLC) 2025. Jessy Chrissensya Anastasya also reported on her supervisory roles for Communication Forum I and Mr. and Ms. President University 2025, highlighting completed meetings and sub-event monitoring.
From the Internal Bureau, the Public Relations team shared updates on distributed broadcasts, content planning and execution for PUSC’s Instagram, as well as the progress of the video profile and ongoing media partner negotiations. The Graphic Design division presented their latest visual contributions to PUSC’s digital platforms. Therefore, the Web Development division reported the implementation of a new website feature, routine maintenance activities, and successful finishing the website’s admin page. The Internal Affairs division highlighted their involvement in organizing birthday celebrations for PUSC members and managing repairs to the PUSC office. To conclude the Internal Bureau’s report, Inaya Chairina, Head of the Internal Bureau, shared updates on the progress of the PUSC video profile and PUSC podcast.
