PUSC 2025 8th Plenary Meeting: Reflect and Recharge

Cikarang, June 16th, 2025 - On Monday, June 16th, 2025, the President University Student Council (PUSC) held its 8th Plenary Meeting at Theater I of the President University Convention Center (PUCC). This annual forum functions as a platform to report, discuss, and evaluate the plans, progress, and challenges experienced by all PUSC Commissions and the Internal Bureau throughout the term.
The meeting began with an opening remarks delivered by Alif Elang Abhipraya, Chairperson of PUSC 2025, followed by the reading of the meeting’s rules and regulations. The agenda continued with the singing of "Indonesia Raya" and the "President University Mars." Subsequently, each Commission and the Internal Bureau presented their work reports, objectives, and upcoming targets.
Commission I, responsible for research, reported on its meeting with the research advisor to discuss methodologies and other considerations for the current research project. The commission also deliberated on potential alternative research topics, followed by planning the content and setting a timeline. Furthermore, a discussion was held with Prof. Jhanghiz regarding the results of the pre-survey.
Commission II continued the session by reporting the completion of the aspiration report for Pay Attention #2. They also conducted a meeting to discuss student aspirations related to Software Development, the Adam Kuniawan Library, General Affairs, and Finance Management. To follow up on these matters, Commission II held a coordination meeting with the Student Affairs division.
Fulfilling its legislative role, Commission III provided updates on the progress of legal documentation related to the 2026 President University General Election. They are currently finalizing drafts of the 2025 PUSC Constitution and Bylaws, as well as preparing for the upcoming Musyawarah Besar (MUBES).
Commission IV, which functions as a supervisory body, presented updates on its event monitoring efforts. Jovita Priscilla reported on the supervision of INTERACT 2025 and the evaluation of divisional progress. Angellina Nesya Tanly presented her supervision report on the Company Visit 2025 and President University Vocal Victory (PUVV) 2025. Ineza Sativa Batara shared updates regarding the supervision of the President Youth Leadership Camp (PYLC) 2025. Jessy Anastasya reported on the oversight of the President University Sport Tournament (PUST) 2025 and Communication Forum II. Additionally, Commission IV is currently preparing for the upcoming General Summit II.
The Board of Directors then continued with reports. The Chairperson delivered an update on the supervision of the 2026 President University General Election (PUGE), PUSC Regeneration 2026, and Grand Inauguration 2025. The Internal & External Secretaries followed with a report on administrative matters concerning internal needs and PUSC-led events. The General Treasurer concluded with a financial report covering PUSC's internal operations and events conducted under its supervision.
The meeting concluded with the reading of the nominations for the most outstanding members, May edition.
