PUSC X PUSB TRAINING 2025: Strengthening Organization with Leadership and Communication
President University, January 18th, 2025 – On Saturday, January 18th, 2025 President University Student Council (PUSC) and President University Student Board (PUSB) gathered for the PUSC X PUSB Training. The event’s tagline "Lead with Words, Inspire in Action," aimed to strengthen the bond between the two organizations through effective communication and leadership development. This tagline creates the idea that great leadership creates impact not only through action but also from clear and empowering communication.
The Training began with an opening speech by Aliffia Amudya Indraseva, the Project Manager of PUSC x PUSB Training 2025, who welcomed all participants and set an inspiring tone for the event. This was followed by speeches from the respective chairperson of PUSC and President of PUSB, emphasizing the importance of communication and collaboration. The event’s agenda was designed to encourage all members of PUSC and PUSB to learn and interact with each other.
The highlight of the training was a material session on "Management Communication in Organization" delivered by Mr. Abhirama. During the material session, he introduced key concepts to the RACI Matrix and the 7C’s of Communication, which shows how assigning clear roles for each responsibility can improve project coordination, prevent misunderstanding and achieve great success within teams. He emphasized, "When we are communicating with someone, we need to mind the distance and power relation," highlighting the significance of respect and maintaining professional communications. This session ended with Q&A, allowing all members of PUSC and PUSB to dive deeper and ask questions to have a better understanding about the topics.
After the material session all members of PUSC and PUSB were divided into two groups. The first group was the group for the Project Managers and the Vice Project Managers training and another one is for the general members. This structure allowed more detailed discussions that addressed the specific roles and responsibilities.
Another highlight of the day was a fun and engaging game session that brought the members of PUSC and PUSB closer together. Through this kind of activity, all members of the organizations not only had the opportunity to have fun but also to build stronger friendships by interacting with members from different groups.
This event serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining strong communication and relationships between PUSC and PUSB. Both organizations are committed to working hand-in-hand to support the President University community. Through initiatives like this training, they continue to demonstrate their dedication to fostering leadership, collaboration, and mutual respect.
