Managing PUSC Stamp and Envelope. Recording and compiling members’ data and attendance. Creating administrative documents. Arranging schedule and agenda.

Record every transaction in and out. Keeping the bill of each transaction as physical evidence of financial needs. Responsible for recording contributions for an activity or needs other than cash. Responsible for being the event treasurer at every PUSC event.
