
GENERAL SUMMIT II: Report and Evaluation of the President University Student Board (PUSB) Events by the President University Student Council (PUSC)
CIKARANG, July 22nd, 2024 – On Monday, July 22nd, 2024, the President University Student Council (PUSC) conducted the second event of the General Summit with the President University Student Board (PUSB) in Charles Himawan Auditorium, President University. General Summit II is an event conducted by the President University Student Council to present the report and evaluation of events held by the President University Student Board during their working period. This event ran smoothly and was attended by all members of both organizations.
The event started with the opening speech by the Head of the Student Affairs Department, Mr. Donald Samuel. During the meeting, each supervisor from PUSC presented detailed reports on the events they had supervised throughout the year, highlighting the planning, execution, and final KPI of these events.
According to the meeting, the PUSC supervisors reported on the following events:

- • Board of Clubs and Community Avowal 2024 → Abdullah Azzam Antariksa
- • Communication Forum 1 & II 2024 → Anisah Pujiarti
- • Comparative Study 2024 → Shafira Aulia Yasmin (Replaced by Belia Sabrina Nasution)
- • Grant of Hopes 2024 → Belia Sabrina Nasution
- • INTERACT 2024 → Abdullah Azzam Antariksa
- • President University Student Tournament 2024 → Belia Sabrina Nasution
- • President Youth Leadership Camp 2024 → Belia Sabrina Nasution
- • President University Idol 2024 → Dhea Aulia
The meeting included an analysis of the committee satisfaction survey results for the various PUSB events, which utilized a 6-point Likert scale. Key areas evaluated included the overall organization of the events, communication and coordination within the committees, committee members' performance, and overall satisfaction.
The presentation also detailed the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established and approved by the PUSC 2024 Supervisors. These KPIs served as benchmarks for evaluating the events' success and impact. They covered participant engagement, budget management, media coverage, and alignment with the events' strategic objectives.
Although the PUSB events were generally successful, the PUSC supervisors also provided recommendations for improvement, such as the need for better time management in coordinating the event and improved communication and collaboration between PUSB and PUSC. These suggestions are due to several obstacles in implementing these events. In addition, some events faced challenges securing adequate funding and resources to realize their plans.
Overall, the General Summit II provides a comprehensive review of PUSB activities and performance and provides valuable insights and recommendations for future PUSCs and PUSBs to build on successes and overcome previous obstacles and problems.
