Responsible to handle the internal administrative things related to PUSC. Taking minutes of meeting (MoM) of each meeting. Keeping hardcopy and softcopy of all documents archived. Managing PUSC Stamp and Envelope. Recording and compiling members’ data and attendance. Creating administrative documents. Arranging schedule and agenda.
External Secretary
