7th Plennary Meeting

Cikarang, May 14, 2025 - The President University Student Council (PUSC) held its 7th Plenary Meeting on Wednesday, 14th May 2025 in Theater 3 of President University Convention Center (PUCC). The meeting served as a strategic forum to review the progress of all Commissions and the Internal Bureau, while aligning future actions to strengthen the organization’s overarching vision.

Held regularly every month, the meeting was led by Alif Elang Abhipraya as Chairperson of PUSC 2025, accompanied by the Vice-Chairperson I. The main agenda includes progress reports, obstacles, and strategy adjustments to ensure the organization's targets are optimally implemented.

At the opening, the Chairperson emphasized the importance of collaboration and effective communication between fields within the organization. Subsequently, each commission reported on recent activities:

Commission I reported on the successful research 1 regarding the President University Advisory System and the implementation of INNOVERSE 2025, as well as collaboration with external parties.

Commission II conveyed the success of digital media activities and content that supports the organization's including PAY ATTENTION #2 as the workplan on their commission.

Commission III successfully published Regulation number 4 regarding the President University General Election and is currently working on the PUSC Constitution and By laws.

Commission IV conveyed the supervision progress of major events such as the Grand of Hopes 2025, PYLC 2025, PUST 2025, INTERACT 2025, and Mr. & Ms. President University 2025.

Internal Bureau, through Web development reported on website management activities, including updates to the admin panel, publishing press releases, and uploading research results. Additionally, public relations organized the production of the PUSC Video Profile and coordinated invitations and media partnerships. Feedback included timely press release uploads, reporting internal issues to the Head, posting greetings by 9 AM, and making content more informative for students.

In addition, discussions took place on the challenges faced, including time management, supervision communication, and the development of innovative digital content. The Head of the Internal Bureau added that the creation of profile videos and podcasts is on track and will continue to be executed.

In the closing agenda, all members agreed to strengthen internal collaboration and develop strategic steps so that the organization's programs run on target. This activity emphasizes PUSC's commitment as a dynamic and innovative organization for student activities.
