President University, July 29th, 2025 – The President University Student Council (PUSC) successfully conducted the Second General Summit on July 29th, 2025. This event served as an essential platform for fostering coordination, sharing insights, and enhancing the spirit of cooperation among student organizations, clubs, and committees at President University.
The summit was organized under the leadership of Project Manager Ms. Fashihah Ardi Qut Karamah, Vice Project Manager Ms. Naura Nayla, with supervision from PUSC and PUSB coordinators. The event was held at Theater 1 & 2 of PUCC and focused on discussing progress reports, evaluating ongoing projects, and sharing feedback for continuous improvement.
Throughout the summit, various sub-events, such as the Board of Clubs and Communities Avowal (BCA) 2025, and updates on upcoming events, including PUST Volume 2 2025, Interact 2025, and PUVV 2025, were extensively discussed. These sessions provided a comprehensive view of activities planned and executed by the student organizations, as well as constructive insights to improve future initiatives.
The event also included reflections on challenges faced during previous events, notably issues with technical arrangements, late preparation, coordination gaps, and the need for earlier planning. Recommendations for future improvements emphasized the importance of early preparation, clearer communication, better technical rehearsals, and proactive team management, aimed at elevating the quality and professionalism of upcoming events.
The summit concluded with a mutual agreement to implement these suggestions and to sustain the momentum of collaboration and student engagement across campus. PUSC remains committed to fostering a vibrant and well-organized student community, dedicated to excellence and continuous growth.
