PUSC REGENERATION TRAINING 2026 BATCH 2024
PUSC Regeneration Training 2026: Thriving Future Leaders Through Leadership Training

President University, July 5th - 6th, 2025 - The President University Student Council (PUSC) successfully conducted the PUSC Regeneration Training 2026 at the Charles Himawan Auditorium, President University. This year's training included a leadership program that emphasized the importance of integrity, adaptability, and cultivating visionary and transformative leaders.

This training is intended exclusively for the batch of 2024. The training session was conducted for two days to cultivate prospective leaders who are responsible and disciplined. It also aimed to develop attitudes and character traits that uphold professionalism and ethics. These values will serve as essential foundations in the development of PUSC.

There are two highly influential agendas, which are the Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) and the motion session. The motion session provides an opportunity for the candidates to address the scenario of complex issues. The proposed solution must be both realistic and applicable, as it will be critically evaluated by the Chairperson and Vice Chairpersons to assess its validity and strength. Then, for the session of LGD, the candidates will be discussed without any guidance from the moderator, as they are required to proactively initiate and facilitate discussion among participants, managing the flow of conversation until its conclusion. The FGD session concludes with a presentation designed to enhance confidence and cultivate public speaking skills. These two main agendas, designed to see how well candidates solve problems and work with others in real discussions.

Additionally, these two sessions captured the essence of PUSC Regeneration 2026 by seeing from the theme and tagline. The theme is “Pillars of Change,” meaning that a leader is not just about maintaining stability, but also the ability to initiate challenges, lead change, and speak up. Furthermore, the tagline is, "From hope, we lead. Through change, we grow.". This rhythm requires courage, as well as collaboration and assertiveness from aspiring leaders for whom hope is the starting point of change, towards the direction of a better future.

One of the participants, Meyla Zafira Arindita, revealed that this training gave her many new insights. According to her opinion, PUSC Regeneration 2026 also taught her how to be more confident and able to think quickly in various situations. “This training opened a new perspective on how a leader should behave, not only being smart in making decisions, but also must deliver them with confidence,” said Melya.

Two days are packed with meaning. On the first day, candidates learn to solve cases quickly. The second day involves discussing and expressing opinions with friends from various backgrounds. The enthusiasm of the candidates made the training session lively and engaging.

On behalf of the committees, we would like to thank all those who have contributed to the success of the PUSC Regeneration Training 2026. We hope that the knowledge and experience gained during this training will continue to be useful for contributing to the organization, but also for their future responsibilities as committed members.

This hope is aligned with the aim of PUSC, which is committed to developing not only members in the organization, but also all President University students, to form strong and high-quality future leaders through various activities and training programs.
