PUSC 2026 10th Plenary Meeting: The Final Chapter

PUSC 2026 10th Plenary Meeting at Charles Himawan Auditorium, President University

Cikarang, August 8, 2026 - On Thursday, July 23, 2026, the President University Student Council (PUSC) 2026 held its last Plenary Meeting at Charles Himawan Auditorium, President University. This Plenary Meeting aimed to reflect on the progress and achievements made throughout the term, as well as to mark the completion of PUSC 2026's work and responsibilities.

The meeting began with an opening statement delivered by Ms. Bilqis Aisya Nuri, the Chairperson of PUSC 2026, followed by the reading of the rules and regulations, led by the praying session. The agenda continued with the singing of Indonesia Raya and the President University March by all participants. Afterward, the Board of Directors, each Commission, and the Internal Bureau presented their work throughout the term.

The Internal Bureau started the session with a presentation highlighting the programs, initiatives, and responsibilities they had carried out until the very end of the period. The presentation also included a discussion about the upcoming farewell event, which would serve as a meaningful moment to commemorate the completion of PUSC 2026 journey.

Moving on, Commission I presented their progress and accomplishments throughout the period, including the Publication of Research Feedback Report Number I of 2026 and the ongoing preparation of Research Report Number 2 of 2026.

Following this, Commission II presented the outcomes of their activities during the period, along with several plans that are still to be carried out. The upcoming agenda includes a presentation to the President University Student Housing Management and Internship and Career Center Bureau, as well as the preparation of the Aspiration Feedback Report to follow up on the aspirations and feedback gathered throughout the period.

Commission III highlighted the progress they had made while also outlining the matters that would be carried forward to the next term. One of these was Regulation Number 5, which will be handed over to the newly selected Head and members of Commission III to ensure its continuity and further implementation in the upcoming period.

As for Commission IV, they had completed all of their work plans by January 2026. Therefore, the Supervisors are currently focusing on overseeing the ongoing PUSB work programs.

Lastly, the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson presented the vision, mission, and general work plans of PUSC 2026, including programs that had been completed and those that are still in progress, such as PUSC Regeneration 2027 and Grand Inauguration 2027. The session also included an evaluation for all members, followed by the reveal of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

With this, the 10th Plenary Meeting came to an end, bringing together the final discussions, reflections, and conclusion of PUSC 2026 throughout the year. All the hard work, dedication, and togetherness throughout the year have been a meaningful part of the journey, creating many valuable experiences and memories for everyone involved.

As a closing, a monthly awarding session was held to honor the Most Outstanding Commission or Internal Bureau, the Most Outstanding Head of Commission or Internal Bureau, and the Most Outstanding Members of PUSC 2026 for the June and July period.
