PUSC 2026 2nd Plenary Meeting: Building Clarity, Driving Action
Cikarang, November 18, 2025 - On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the President University Student Council (PUSC) 2026 held its second Plenary Meeting at the Charles Himawan Auditorium, President University. This Plenary Meeting aimed to ensure that every work progress was on track and identify the obstacles faced by the Board of Directors, each Commission, and the Internal Bureau.
The meeting began with an opening speech delivered by Ms. Bilqis Aisya Nuri, the Chairperson of PUSC 2026, followed by a prayer. The agenda continued with the singing of Indonesia Raya and the President University March by all participants. Afterward, the Board of Directors, each Commission, and the Internal Bureau presented their work progress.
Commission I presented their upcoming event, Campus Compass, which aims to help PUSC 2026 gain valuable insights and opportunities to develop their potential. They also conducted the research training and finalized the research report and research feedback report drafts. Another planned activity is the Innovative Research Week (INNOVERSE) 2026 which will be held in May 2026 and its committee recruitment has already begun.
Commission II reported that they will begin the PAY ATTENTION 1, a program designed to collect aspirations from all President University students, which will run from November 24 to December 13, 2025. As part of the next steps, they will conduct a “Door-to-Door” activity in the Dormitory and set up a booth within the President University area.
Commission III, which focuses on drafting legal products, has finalized Regulation Number 1 Regarding the PUSC Plenary Meeting and Decree Number 1 regarding Organizational Structure and General Work Plan of PUSC 2026. They will soon prepare Regulation Number 2 regarding the Rules of Supervisor from PUSC, followed by Regulation Number 3 regarding PUFA and PUMA. Additionally, they plan to propose a new regulation to the Chairperson, Vice Chairpersons, PUSC Advisor and Student Affairs.
Commission IV, whose role is to serve as a supervisor, has been supervising the Cultural Festival (CULFEST) 2025. They also conducted the Supervisor Forum I on November 11, 2025, with the Executive Board of President University Student Board (PUSB) 2026. In addition, they will open a special consultation session for any PUSC member who wants to participate in an event.
The Internal Bureau has four sub-bureau. The first sub-bureau is Public Relations, which is responsible for creating and sending broadcasts about PUSC activities and needs, managing the PUSC video and photo shoots, and uploading live reports, content, and Work Plan Progress from the Board of Directors, each Commission, and the Internal Bureau. The second sub-bureau is Graphic Designer, which prepares designs for all content that will be published, such as Twibbons, Work Plan Progress updates, and Birthday Greetings. The third sub-bureau is Internal Affairs, which celebrates members birthdays with greetings and surprises, and is currently working on the cleaning schedule for the PUSC Container. The last sub-bureau is Website Developer, which maintains the PUSC website and has published the Grand Inauguration 2026 and 1st Plenary Meeting press release.
The meeting concluded with a presentation from the Board of Directors. After that, the Commission/Internal Bureau, Head of Commission/Internal Bureau, and members of PUSC 2026 received awards from the Chairperson and Vice Chairpersons. Last but not least, the Vice Chairperson I informed the participants about the upcoming Legislation Training, scheduled for November 22–23, 2025.
Lastly, the Project Manager and Vice Project Manager of PUSC Care and Connect 2025 delivered their event report presentation. They announced that the event will be held over two days. The first day will be Care, which includes a visit to an orphanage and the second day will be Connect, which consists of a gathering and bonding session with former PUSC members.
In summary, this Plenary Meeting aimed to foster strong coordination and provide clarity on each PUSC division’s work plans, particularly for all PUSC 2026 members.
