PUSC 2026 3rd Plenary Meeting : Overcoming Obstacles, Achieving Goals

Cikarang, Desember 2nd, 2025 - On Tuesday, December 2, 2025, the President University Student Council (PUSC) 2026 conducted its third Plenary Meeting at the FabLab, President University Convention Center at President University. This Plenary Meeting acts as a monthly discussion forum to update the current work progress of the Board of Directors, each Commission, and the Internal Bureau, the goals achieved as well as the challenges they faced. This Plenary Meeting was attended by PUSC 2026 members.

The meeting opened with a speech from Ms. Bilqis Aisya Nuri, the Chairperson of PUSC 2026, followed by a reading of the Rules of Plenary Meeting. It then continued with all attendees singing Indonesia Raya and the President University March. Afterward, the Board of Directors, each Commission, and the Internal Bureau began delivering updates regarding their work plans, the obstacles encountered, and their plans moving forward.

The presentations opened with the Internal Bureau and their work plan progress updates from the respective sub-bureau. Both the Public Relations and Graphic Designers revealed how they have successfully uploaded the Signing In, introducing the official members of PUSC 2026, as well as collaborating on several other posts that have been uploaded on the official Instagram of PUSC 2026. Following that, the Internal Affairs also disclosed what they have done throughout the last month regarding the internal needs of the PUSC 2026. Then, the Website Developers clarified the matter of their timeline, regarding what they shall do about the updates and maintenance of the PUSC website.

After the Internal Bureau’s presentation, Commission I took the floor. They began by providing updates on the research they will conduct throughout the year, delivering progress reports on both the research report and the research feedback report, based on consultations with their supervisor and the preparations for presenting to campus management. They also outlined several challenges related to their upcoming research. But despite the obstacles, Commission I shared the good news that the three research topics for this working period have been approved by the Advisor of Commission I and the Student Affairs, allowing them to proceed with further preparations.

Commission I then reported on their two upcoming events: Campus Compass 2026 and INNOVERSE 2026. The Vice Project Manager of Campus Compass 2026, Mr. Almer Attar Abhyasa, shared the current progress and ongoing preparations, noting that several tasks are imminent. Meanwhile, the Vice Project Manager of INNOVERSE 2026, Mr. Rahsya Benova Akbar gave an update on the committee open recruitment and the personal assessments of the committee candidate, adding that the results would be announced within the week. Both Vice Project Managers also presented the challenges faced in each event, as the presentation then concluded with feedback from the Chair concerning both of the events.

Following the previous presentation, is Commission II, as they shared the latest progress on their ongoing work plan, PUSC PAY ATTENTION 1. PUSC PAY ATTENTION 1 will be executed from November 24 until December 13, 2025, and ever since a week of Open Booth, Class to Class, and Door to Door, Commission II has received an abundant amount of aspirations from the students of President University. That said, over the next two weeks they will continue collecting students’ aspirations and as well as sorting them out. Other than interacting directly with the students, Commission II have also displayed the PUSC PAY ATTENTION posters all around campus and dormitories, including the shuttle buses, classroom doors, cafeteria tables, and even gazebos at the dormitories. This has clearly worked to their advantage, with Commission II now receiving a plentiful amount of aspirations from President University students.

Subsequently, the agenda continued with Commission III’s presentation. Over the course of November, Commission III conducted weekly meetings, several of which are alongside the Chairperson and Vice Chairpersons of PUSC 2026. These meetings addressed the legal products under development, as Commission III then presented the progress updates of said legal products. Mr. Akmal Ihsan, as the Head of Commission III, delivered a firm reminder to all PUSC 2026 members concerning the permission letters as well as the sanction letters that will be issued for any violations of the established regulations, as it was furthermore emphasized by the Vice Chairperson I of PUSC 2026.

In the penultimate segment, Commission IV delivered their presentation. Their presentation opens with a supervision report on Cultural Festival 2025, an event from the President University Student Board (PUSB) that will be executed in the first week of December. Following that, they presented Commission IV’s November overview, which covered their weekly meetings and the event supervisions they conducted. Additionally, they are in the midst of preparing for General Summit I, a stage of event approval from PUSC to PUSB events for the upcoming working period. Aside from that, they are also working on supervisor assignations, the preparations for the PM and VPM training, and several Commission IV products.

The 3rd Plenary Meeting was brought to a close by a presentation delivered by the Board of Directors. The presentation was opened by the Vice Chairperson II, Mr. Aung Kaung Myat, who provided an update on their activities throughout November, which primarily involved supervising several meetings. However furthermore, on November 22 - 23 2025, they successfully conducted the Legislation Training for PUSC 2026 members. That said, they proceed with revealing the Legislation Training Exam Rank, followed by the announcement of the Project Manager and Vice Project Manager for PUGE 2027.

Afterward, Ms. Bilqis Aisya Nuri as the Chairperson of PUSC 2026 took the floor alongside the Head of Commission IV in doing the General Summit I Explanation. Recognizing the importance of this assembly, they delivered a presentation describing the General Summit, the required ethics for all of its participants, and the core values of the meeting to ensure all PUSC 2026 members fully understood its very purpose.

In conclusion, the 3rd Plenary Meeting of PUSC 2026 served as an effective forum for aligning progress, addressing challenges, and reinforcing collective goals from the respective Commissions and Internal Bureau, as well as the Board of Directors. With strengthened coordination and clear direction, PUSC 2026 moves forward prepared for the working period ahead. Lastly, the monthly awarding session was conducted in which the most outstanding Commission or Internal Bureau, the most outstanding Head of Commission or Internal Bureau, as well as the most outstanding members of PUSC 2026, was awarded for the December Edition.
