PUSC 2026 6th Plenary Meeting: Strengthening Coordination and Tracking Progress
Cikarang, March 10, 2026 - On Tuesday, March 10, 2026,the President University Student Council (PUSC) 2026 held its 6th Plenary Meeting at room A429, Building A. This monthly meeting served as a key platform to track progress, solve problems, and improve coordination between the Board of Directors, the Commissions, and the Internal Bureau.
The session opened with a statement from Ms. Bilqis Aisya Nuri, the Chairperson of PUSC 2026, followed by reading the rules and a prayer. The agenda continued with the singing of Indonesia Raya and the President University March. Afterward, each division presented their recent work and updates.
The Internal Bureau shared that the Public Relations is currently producing the PUSC 2026 Video Profile and the content table for March and April. At the same time, the Graphic Designers are working on the designs for the entertainment post and greeting cards. Meanwhile, the Internal Affairs is organizing the next PUSC bonding event, and the Website Developers are making technical updates to the PUSC website.
Commission I gave an update on their research projects. After finishing their data collection through focus groups and interviews with campus management, they are now focused on completing the Research Report I 2026. This report, titled “Event Management and Campus Support in Student Personal Development,” also incorporates insights from all student organizations to ensure it truly represents the student’s perspective.
Next, Commission II reported on the progress of PUSC PAY ATTENTION 1, a program created to bring student feedback to the university management. The project has been successfully presented to the relevant management, and several improvements are already being made based on that feedback. Furthermore, the commission is currently finalizing the aspiration feedback report, which will provide a record of the students' concerns.
Commission III has officially enacted Regulation Number 3. They are now drafting Decree Number 4 regarding the President University General Election and also are working on updating the organization’s Constitutions and By-Laws.
Commission IV has been supervising several large events, including Mr. & Ms. President University 2026, President University Sport Tournament, Grant of Hopes, and the Cultural Festival. They also introduced their new product.
The meeting concluded with a presentation from the Board of Directors, who shared the overall progress for the month, which includes participating in Working Hours, attending several event invitations and also reviewing PUSC 2026 event reports.
In conclusion, the 6th Plenary Meeting showed strong leadership and steady progress across the entire organization. By staying organized and working together, PUSC 2026 continues to focus on representing students and maintaining high standards at President University.
