PUSC 2026 8th Plenary Meeting: Evaluating Progress, Enhancing Collaboration
Cikarang, May 6, 2026 - On Tuesday, May 6, 2026, the President University Student Council (PUSC) 2026 held its 8th Plenary Meeting at Theatre 1, PUCC, President University. This Plenary Meeting aimed to ensure that every work progress was on track, evaluate and prepare for upcoming events.
The meeting began with an opening statement delivered by Ms. Bilqis Aisya Nuri, the Chairperson of PUSC 2026, followed by the reading of the rules and regulations, led by the praying session. The agenda continued with the singing of Indonesia Raya and the President University March by all participants. Afterward, the Board of Directors, each Commission, and the Internal Bureau presented their work progress.
The Internal Bureau started with updates on the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with several events. In addition, the Public Relation and Website Developer have continued publishing Aspiration Feedback Reports from the PUSC PAY ATTENTION 1, Research Feedback Report Number 2 year 2025, as well as official regulations and decrees through PUSC's digital platforms. Furthermore, the Internal Affairs division is currently preparing for the 3rd Bonding Activities, while the Graphic Designer has been actively designing various contents that will be posted on PUSC's Instagram and LinkedIn.
Moving on, Commission I has finalized the Research Feedback Report Number 2 year 2025 and held a consultation meeting for Research Number 2 year 2026, including preparing a questionnaire to collect the data.
Commission II reported that feedback collected during the Head of Student Organization (HoSO) Forum had been formally submitted to the Student Affairs Bureau and the International Office. The commission also announced that the PUSC PAY ATTENTION will run from June 10 to June 24, 2026.
Meanwhile, Commission III continued revising the council's Constitution & By-Laws and finalized the forum regulations used during the recent Grand Assembly.
Commission IV completed the supervision process for both the Mr. & Ms. President University 2026 and Grant of Hopes 2026, which officially concluded on May 3. The Commission is currently overseeing preparations for upcoming events, including the President University Sports Tournament, INTERACT, President University Youth Leadership, and the Cultural Festival.
The Board of Directors also shared regarding activities throughout April. One of the major highlights was the completion of the Grand Assembly on April 25, following a series of internal evaluations and coordination meetings with the University Rector and the Head of Student Affairs. PUSC also participated in several important university events, including delivering a speech at the Mr. & Ms. President University 2026 Final Night on April 18, 2026 and attending the university's Dies Natalis celebration on April 24, 2026.
Ahead of the upcoming President University General Election (PUGE) 2027, PUSC emphasized the importance of maintaining political neutrality within the organization. Although council members are encouraged to use their voting rights individually, PUSC as an organization will remain fully impartial throughout the election process. Members were reminded not to show support toward specific candidates or engage in campaign-related activities to ensure a fair and transparent election environment.
As the meeting concluded, PUSC also highlighted several upcoming agendas, including the continued collaboration with DKBM UMN, preparations for INNOVERSE 2026 and Grand Inauguration 2027, as well as the recruitment process for the next PUSC Regeneration 2027 committee.
To close the meeting, a monthly awarding session was held to honor the most outstanding Commission or Internal Bureau, the most outstanding Head of Commission or Internal Bureau, and the most outstanding members of PUSC 2026 for the May period:
