The final session of the evening was delivered by a special speaker, a lecturer from President University, Dr. Iman Permana, who presented material on organizational human capital. He began by comparing human capital with human resources, posing the question of which is more essential within an organization. This question led to a statement on how both are equally relevant and necessary for organizational success. He continues to discuss Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both people and events, emphasizing the importance of considering the “happiness factor” as a measure of satisfaction and a drive for upgrade. Concluding his session on a motivational note, he stated, “Will you pass on just a list of roles, or will you pass on the legacy of an empowered, skilled, and satisfied new generation?” This message was intended to further motivate the Boards of Directors in attendance to lead their respective organizations with the right heart posture and mindset.
Following the conclusion of all three sessions, Dr. Iman Permana was given a token of appreciation in recognition of his insightful contributions and valuable material delivered during the Board of Directors Forum. Subsequently, Ms. Bilqis Aisya Nuri conducted a socialization session to provide information regarding Research Number 1 of 2026, the Pre-Enactment Review, and the Head of Student Organizations Forum I 2026. The floor was then returned to the Master of Ceremony, as she officially closed the Board of Directors Forum 2026.
This forum served as a valuable opportunity for the Boards of Directors of all student organizations at President University, as it supports their growth and leadership with the right mindset and values. In addition, participants were provided with detailed information on administrative and financial matters, offering clarity and guidance for their respective leadership terms.
