Evaluating Excellence : Inside General Summit II
Cikarang, July 9, 2026 – The General Summit II 2026 was held on Thursday, July 9, 2026 in the evening at Theater 2 and 3, organized by the President University Student Council (PUSC) 2026. Attended by both the PUSC 2026 and the PUSB 2026 members, the purpose of this assembly is to serve as a forum to evaluate and report past President University Student Board (PUSB) 2026 work programs, with Commission IV, as the supervisors to said work programs, presenting their Supervisor Reports.
The General Summit II was officially opened by the Chairperson of PUSC 2026, Ms. Bilqis Aisya Nuri, giving the warmest welcome to PUSB 2026, as she also read out the rules of the Summit. This was then followed by the singing of Indonesia Raya and the President University March. The General Summit II then proceeded to the presentation of Supervisor Reports by the Commission IV of PUSC 2026, as supervisors for the PUSB 2026 work programs.
The first Supervisor Report presentation was delivered by Mr. Farrel Kautsar on the Mr. and Ms. President University 2026. This was followed by the report on the Board of Clubs and Communities Avowal (BCA) 2026, presented by Ms. Marchelle Vicky Angelie. The third report covered Communication Forum I and Communication Forum II 2026, presented by Ms. Lauren Anastasya. The presentations concluded with the report on Grant of Hopes (GOH) 2026, presented by Ms. Syahla Madina.
Following the presentation of the Supervisor Reports, a feedback session was held, allowing PUSB 2026 to raise questions and concerns, which were then answered and clarified by PUSC 2026. As PUSB 2026 delivered their feedback, the respective supervisors responded by presenting supporting evidence to substantiate the claims made in their Supervisor Reports, defending the comments and evaluations given. During this session, PUSC 2026 also provided insight into the challenges faced by PUSB 2026 in dealing with external parties, offering guidance and potential solutions to address these matters in the upcoming cabinet. The Supervisor Report serves as a comprehensive evaluation document, systematically detailing each work program’s information, execution, and outcomes across six chapters. The report ranges from work program data and performance evaluation to strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvement. Complementing this, the report's enclosures, including the KPI final score, satisfaction form results, and event documentation, provide concrete evidence supporting the supervisors' evaluations and conclusions.
Following the feedback session at the General Summit II, Ms. Salwa Tsuraya Bilqisty presented the final Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scores for all the work programs covered under the Supervisor Reports. The KPI served as a standardized tool designed to ensure objective and neutral judgement, enabling the supervisors to evaluate the performance of each work program based on measurable and consistent criteria rather than subjective opinion. Closing the session, Mr. Farrel Kautsar, as Head of Commission IV, provided a more in-depth explanation of the KPI, elaborating on how it was used to measure the performance of PUSB's work programs.
As the General Summit II drew to a close, the President of PUSB 2026, Ms. Fathiin Fajrin, delivered her closing statement, expressing heartfelt gratitude for the lessons learned and the memories built throughout the course of the work period. She extended her warmest regards and best wishes to all members present, acknowledging the dedication and collaboration that had brought both organizations this far. This was followed by a warm closing statement from the Head of Commission IV of PUSC 2026, Mr. Farrel Kautsar, who likewise conveyed his sincerest appreciation for the shared experiences and growth fostered between PUSC and PUSB throughout the term, offering his best regards and well wishes for the journey ahead. In a moment marked by both reflection and hope, the two organizations acknowledged the bond forged through their collaboration, before the General Summit II was officially closed by the Chairperson of PUSC 2026.
