Head of Student Organizations Forum I 2026: Strengthening Aspiration and Transparency at President University

Cikarang, February 12 2026 - On Tuesday February 12 2026, the President University Student Council (PUSC) 2026 held the Head of Student Organizations Forum I 2026 at Theater 1 and 2, President University Convention Center (PUCC). The Head of Student Organizations Forum I 2026 served as a platform to gather and represent the voices of Student Organizations across President University management. This forum was attended by the Head of General Affairs Bureau, President and Vice President I of President University Student Board (PUSB), the Chairpersons and Vice Chairpersons of President University Faculty Association (PUFA), and President University Major Association (PUMA).

The forum began with an opening speech by Ms. Bilqis Aisya Nuri as the Chairperson of PUSC 2026, followed by a documentation session for all participants. The forum was officially opened with three knocks of the gavel by the Chair, then the reading of the Rules Head of Student Organizations Forum I 2026. The agenda continued with all participants singing the Indonesia National Anthem, followed by the President University March.

The session moved on to presentations from Commission II, led by Ms. Epifania Benedicta Gawan as the Head of Commission II. She gave a brief explanation about the functions of Commission II which are Aspiration and Mediation. To support these functions they have a program called PUSC PAY ATTENTION. This initiative provides students with a platform to freely express their aspirations, questions, or suggestions on everything that is related to campus and dormitory management.

Moving forward Mr. Raja Muhammad Habibie presented that Commission II conducted presentations to nine university management to deliver student aspirations collected through the program. Adding to this, Ms. Tri Ana Meilani Sitanggang outlined the preparation process prior to implementing PUSC PAY ATTENTION 1, which was conducted from November 24, 2025 until December 13, 2025. The initiative included open booths at Building A, Building B, SBH and NBH dormitories, collaboration with Resident Assistants through a Door-to-Door approach, as well as Class-to-Class outreach to increase students participation.

Mr. Kevin Linata further shared about the process of presentations to several management and on February 13, 2026, Commission II scheduled to conduct its final presentations to SBH and NBH dormitory management, and to the Software Development Bureau. After collecting feedback from each management, the Commission II will compile the Aspiration Feedback Report that contains all of the students aspirations and the feedback from the relevant management. The report will be published through PUSC’s social media, PUSC’s website, and WhatsApp broadcast to ensure transparency and accessibility.

Continuing the presentation, Ms. Dini Barra Magistra elaborated on the internal process of categorizing the aspirations based on relevant management. Ms. Dini also explained the tasks distribution during the presentation, with members serving as Mediators, Minutes of Meeting (MoM) takers, and documenters. Lastly, about the documentation and live report that was conducted during the presentations to management. On several occasions, Ms. Bilqis, as supervisor of Commission II, also accompanied during their presentations with management. The overall report of Commission II’s activities was summarized by Ms. Epifania.

Subsequently, the agenda continued with an aspirations collection session from the Head of Student Organizations. After the Chair explained the procedures, the first aspiration collection session directed to the General Affairs Bureau. As the Head of General Affairs Bureau, Mr. Robert Christofer Pantan was present, all the participants were able to have two-way discussion regarding each of the aspirations that are being asked for the General Affairs Bureau. In his closing statement, Mr. Robert expressed his openness to meeting students directly to hear their aspirations.

The agenda continued by collecting other aspirations for management like, Student Affairs Bureau, International Office, President University Student Housing, Internship and Career Center Bureau, and the last is aspirations for President University Student Council (PUSC) 2026. All the aspirations that are being collected at this session have already been noted and later will be present to the related management.

Before the Forum concluded, Ms. Epifania gave her closing remarks and expressed her gratitude to every Head of Student Organizations for their participation in this Forum. “Aspiration is like a mirror, the campus can see the reflection. They can see what’s already done, what needs to be fixed, what’s already good, and what needs to be improved” said Ms. Epifania. She emphasizes that all the aspirations will be delivered to the campus management and encourages participants to stay tuned for the Aspiration Feedback Report that will be published at the end of February 2026.

The floor was given to the Chair of this forum, Ms. Bilqis, as she gave her closing statement reminding everyone that everything discussed in this forum will remain confidential and that PUSC is very open with student organizations if they have any further questions or concerns. The forum was officially closed with three knocks of the gavel by the Chair.

In conclusion, the Head of Student Organizations Forum I 2026 served as a strategic platform for expressing and discussing student aspirations directly with university management. Through structured presentations, two-way discussions, and transparent reporting plans, PUSC 2026 reinforced its commitment to mediation and accountability.
