Cikarang, June 26, 2026 – The Head of Student Organizations (HoSO) Forum II x PAY ATTENTION 2 was conducted on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the FabLab in the President University Convention Center, by the President University Student Council (PUSC) 2026. This forum was attended by students and student organizations in President University alongside all members of PUSC 2026. The forum aimed to collect aspirations directed toward each bureau of management in President University. As part of the PAY ATTENTION 2 initiative, prior to Commission II of PUSC reporting the collected aspirations to the respective managements of President University.

The Forum was officially opened by Ms. Bilqis Aisya Nuri as Chairperson of PUSC 2026, as she read the rules and regulations that were implemented during the forum. After singing Indonesia Raya and the President University March, the forum was immediately set in motion with the Aspiration Collection session. The participants then give aspirations to each bureau in President University according to their complaints, comments, or questions.

General Affairs Bureau - Several concerns were raised regarding facility and logistical matters. These included issues surrounding room booking conflicts between student activities and institutional events, the adequacy of academic facilities particularly for engineering students, the provision of designated spaces for student organizations, and the accessibility of transportation to support students in reaching their respective facilities.

Student Affairs Bureau - Aspirations directed toward the Student Affairs Bureau covered two primary areas. The first concerned the handling and transparency of sensitive student cases within the university. The second highlighted the need for greater institutional support for student organizations, both in terms of funding and administrative facilitation, particularly when organizing large-scale events.

International Office - Representatives raised concerns regarding the accessibility of information and the inclusivity of the academic environment for international students. These included the availability of proper consultation channels for program-related inquiries, the language used in academic settings, and the accommodation of students with varying language proficiencies.

Administration & Academic Bureau - Concerns raised for this bureau centered around academic administration, including issues related to course enrollment, schedule management, and the accessibility of academic documents. A call for improved coordination within each bureau was also emphasized to prevent recurring miscommunications.

Finance Bureau - Aspirations for the Finance Bureau primarily revolved around funding adequacy for student organizations and broader questions regarding financial transparency as well as the correlation between tuition fees and the quality of facilities received. Additional financial concerns from specific student organization representatives were also brought forward during this session.

President University Student Housing (PUSH) - A range of concerns were raised regarding dormitory policies and management. These included the clarity and implications of the dormitory curriculum, the timeliness of administrative communications to residents, access restrictions tied to curriculum completion, utility cost management, and the need for clearer boundaries in staff interactions with residents.

Software Development Bureau - Concerns for this bureau focused on the security and functionality of university digital platforms. Representatives highlighted vulnerabilities in the existing system that have raised data privacy concerns, and suggested improvements to the room booking feature to enhance usability for student organizations.

Library Bureau - Aspirations for the Library Bureau included access to academic journal subscriptions to support student research needs and an extension of the library's operating hours to better serve the student community.

Ms. Epifania Benedicta Gawan then emphasized the importance of providing supporting evidence when submitting aspirations, as it significantly strengthens the presentation of concerns to university management. She also noted that a number of the questions raised would be addressed through the official aspiration feedback report. The forum was then brought to a close by Mr. Ahmad Fikri Alfatah, who delivered a closing statement reflecting on the journey of PUSC 2026 as its period draws to an end. He expressed appreciation for all aspirations that have been shared throughout the period, from PAY ATTENTION 1 and HoSO Forum I to the present forum, and reaffirmed the commitment that PUSC made since Grand Inauguration 2026 to genuinely listen to the voices of all PresUnivers. The forum was officially closed by the Chairperson of PUSC 2026.

The HoSO Forum II x PAY ATTENTION 2 stands as a testament to PUSC 2026's unwavering dedication to amplifying the voices of every PresUnivers throughout their period of service. As the curtain draws on PUSC 2026, this forum serves as a meaningful reminder that every aspiration shared, every concern raised, and every question brought forward has never gone unheard. From the very first promise made at Grand Inauguration 2026 to this final gathering, PUSC 2026 has remained steadfast in its commitment to bridge the gap between students and the institution they call home. It is the hope of PUSC 2026 that the aspirations collected will not only be heard, but acted upon, so that every PresUnivers may experience a university life that is truly worthy of their voice.
